The prices below will give you an idea of what to expect, but every project is different, and prices can shift depending on specific project needs. Once we chat about your business, I’ll put together a custom plan that fits you best.
STARTING AT $2,100 | 4-5 WEEKS
- Custom website design in Squarespace or preferred platform
- Collaborative design process with your feedback and input at every stage
- 5 core pages (e.g., Home, About, Services/Products, Contact, plus one key page such as Portfolio, Blog, Menu, etc.)
- Legal pages: 404, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions
- Branding design: color palette, fonts, overall aesthetic, and a basic logo (if needed)
- Copywriting support and content integration (format any text/images provided)
- Basic SEO best practices setup
- Mobile-responsive design
- Essential features and integrations (e.g., contact form, gallery, testimonials/reviews display, map, booking/scheduling, etc.)
- Custom favicon and browser preview image
- Built-in analytics (via website building platform tools)
- Domain connection & hosting setup (additional recurring costs: domain ~$12-25/year, hosting ~$15-30/month)

STARTING AT $700 | 3-4 WEEKS
- Custom brand guide and kit:
- Thoughtful brand identity development (business/industry research, mood boards, strategy, brand personality understanding, and input from you)
- Comprehensive brand document: mission, vision, values, tone and voice, and visual identity guidelines (logo, graphics, color palette with codes, and typography)
- Comprehensive logo design (Includes: 2 initial concepts & 2 revisions)
*Available as add-ons to a package or as standalone services if applicable.

- Animations and interactive elements (e.g., scroll effects, transitions, hover animations, unique cursors, audio elements, etc.) STARTING AT $275

- Product catalog setup (some categories, configuring product templates, and adding sample products to get you started)
- Payment setup: payment processing, checkout flow, etc.
- Store page design (styled product pages, shopping cart, and checkout pages that look cohesive with the rest of your site)
- Store configuration: shipping rates, tax settings, etc.
- Custom walkthrough/training on how to add and manage products yourself
*Primarily for website care & maintenance but could extend to branding updates
- Maintenance work and required regular site updates
- Content updates and minor design tweaks (e.g., adjusting fonts, spacing, colors, and layout problems, broken formatting, etc.)
- Technical troubleshooting for anything you're stuck with (e.g., domain connection, mobile responsiveness fixes, etc.)
- Basic analytics review for performance improvements when needed (no formal reporting)
For bigger projects, I may suggest a package instead.

What to expect
How It Works
Step ①
Fill out the project inquiry form with brief details about your business and what you're looking for. I'll take a look, get back to you within 3 business days, and if it's a good fit, we'll arrange a discovery call.
Step ②
I'll send over a tailored proposal with pricing, timeline, and contract. Once you sign the agreement and submit the initial deposit (40%), I'll send a project questionnaire and we'll have our kickoff call to dive deeper into your vision and finalize all the details.
You'll also send over any existing materials during this phase.
Step ③
I'll dive into market research and create mood boards to establish your visual identity - color palette, fonts, and overall brand personality and strategy. Then I'll develop initial concepts (logos for branding and sitemap and copy for sites) and we'll review everything together.
Step ④
After implementing your feedback and getting approval, I'll bring it all to life - finalizing your logo, branding materials, or building out your site with all the planned functionality and branding. Once ready, I'll present the completed work for review.
Step ⑤
We'll test everything and make final edits based on your feedback. I'll handle finishing touches like mobile optimization, domain connection, and SEO setup. Once final payment is submitted, I'll hand over your deliverables, credentials, and provide guides for managing everything yourself.
You'll get 30 days of email support after handoff for any questions or corrections at no charge. I'll get back to you within 24-48 hours during business days.
Throughout the whole process we'll have check-ins at key milestones, via email and scheduled calls, giving you updates and gathering your input at the right moments—no endless back and forth, so everything moves forward smoothly.

About Me
I recently graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing and have worked with some small businesses where I’ve built websites, created branding, and done some social media strategy and content creation.
In my spare time, I love hanging out with my siblings, playing video games, and spending time in the garden. One of my super strengths is that I’m very organized and detail oriented.
I first got into websites through a class project in college, where I found it both natural and enjoyable. From there, I kept building my skills, and everything else followed.
Fun Fact: During my last semester in college, I won a sticker design contest for National Library Week, out of 20 participants. I illustrated the library building itself, as my vision was to create something that could represent the college beyond just library week.

Every project is different and there's no one-size-fits-all pricing. Prices for each project are tailored depending on exactly what you need and how complex it is. For example, you might need just a simple logo, a complex e-commerce website, etc. For a general idea, you can see the package section above for price estimates. Once we discuss your specific needs and goals, I'll put together a custom proposal that fits your project perfectly.

Websites typically take 4-5 weeks, branding 2-4 weeks, and if you need both, this can be about 6-9 weeks in total. For each unique project, the exact timeline depends on how many services you need and how complex your project is. Also, timing can depend on how quickly feedback and/or materials can be provided.
I can usually start within 1-2 weeks after initial deposit depending on my current schedule. In the case you need your project completed faster, rush projects may be available starting at a 25% expedite fee.

All projects require a 40% deposit upfront to get started (to secure your spot and cover initial work). The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before I hand everything over to you. This can be in one final payment or broken into specific milestones throughout the project, whatever works best for you. We can use Stripe for payments.
I'm open to discussing and setting up payment plans that fit you best.

We'll stay connected through regular check-ins via email. We'll also schedule meetings at key revision points or milestones, with no unnecessary meetings. You'll always know where things stand and what's coming next, without getting bogged down by too many calls.

I include 2 rounds of revisions in every package. Every step of the way, I'll be asking for your input to make sure we're always on the same page. You'll be able to request changes or adjustments, and I'll implement them before moving to the next stage.
The revision rounds are meant for refining and perfecting what we've created together, not for starting completely over. For any major changes or a completely different direction going beyond the original scope, after we've approved the design, that would be handled as additional work with extra fees.
If something isn't working, you can let me know right away. The goal is to make sure you're completely happy with the final result and that everything feels right for your business.

Writing website copy is a separate skill usually handled by a dedicated copywriter but as part of my website package, I provide copywriting support.
I’ll send you a questionnaire to guide you through what I need, some info about your business (like your bio, service/product descriptions, etc.), then turn whatever you give me into a polished, organized copy that fits the website design while keeping your brand voice and SEO in mind. If you already have copy written, I can work with that too.
However, I don't write highly specialized business content like detailed product descriptions (that's where your expertise shines).

Professional photos would definitely help your site look more professional, but if hiring a photographer is not in the budget, you can absolutely provide your own photos. You can look at inspo photos or other similar businesses for ideas and I’ll also help guide you on what you need and handle basic photo editing like cropping, so they fit perfectly on the site.
I can also source stock photos if needed, but honestly, your own photos of your actual business, products, or team will always connect better with your audience and make your brand feel more authentic.

Absolutely! I build websites on user-friendly platforms like Squarespace so you can easily update and manage your site yourself. For branding materials you’ll receive all your files in formats that you (or any future designer) can easily work with.
Also, for sites I’ll provide you with a custom walkthrough and training on how to do basic things like adding new content, updating text, uploading photos, etc. The goal is to give you full control over your site or branding materials and set you up for success.
And, If you ever need help after launch you’ll have 30 days of support. Also, I’m available for ongoing management, updates, or technical help at an hourly rate.

For any updates, tech support, design tweaks, or even just advice or feedback for your existing website or materials, I’m available at an hourly rate of $40.

This way, you're only paying for exactly what you need without committing to a full package.
